Is it normal that i eat all the time??

Okay so I eat like a lot! I'm not like completely overweight or anything. I'm not all that fit either..Anyway ever since I started college I just can't stop eating! In high school I played sports all year long so I would be able to eat and not have to worry too much about it.. But now I don't play sports anymore but I do exercise a little. But I've gained 20 lbs since high school graduation and that was two years ago..But it's not just about weight. I'm worried because as hard as I try, I can't stop eating. I have breakfast then go to school with snacks (granilla bars, fruit, etc.) because I don't want to come home too hungry. When I come home I try to not pig out, but as soon as I get a taste of food, I can't stop. I get more and more food. I've tried diet after diet and they have worked, but as soon as it's over or it's been too long, I just pig out. I dont know what to do. I'm worried because I don't know how to control myself like at all! I know this may be a stupid example but it's like in Vampire Diaries..When Stefan gets a taste of blood and he just goes nuts. That's how I am! I feel like I don't have control over myself. I know it may sound like excuses, but I seriously can't control myself. Before I eat I say to myself "Don't over do it. Just eat what you need and that's it." But then as I'm eating it's like this switch goes off and I start telling myself "Oh this won't hurt. Just a little more." Is this normal? and what should I do?? I seriously need help!

i dont understand how 77% of people think this is "normal"?
sorry to break it to you but never feeling satisfied after eating is NOT normal

it could be hormonal, it could be neurological, it could be sleep related or it could be that you lack will power

either way, try to stop eating so much, eat several small meals 200-300 cals per meal or if you can't do that, stick to low calorie foods such as fruit and veg, mainly veg and lean meat

I have the same problem... I got an all natural metabolic (metabolism) blend and it's helping me. :) it helps u to not eat so much and helps your metabolism to be on track. It can also help with weightless. Hope this helped. :)
