I go to concerts a lot, and other parties, where I am most of the time supposed to be the designated driver. I'm 18, and therefore underage, but no one really cares at stuff like this. Is it normal that I'm always drinking with my brother and his friends?

Tis normal to drink with thy friends, but to do so while being the designated driver makes me feel unpleasant. If you are the designated driver you should not be indulging in alcohol.
I also do this, I drink mostly with my cousins and his friends the thing is I'm extremely responsible and never trash myself, I just socially join in and hang out. But the point is you may also be like me but some people get highly wasted and might influence you in very wrong ways. It's honestly not safe and yes it is fun and a bonding experience, just be careful.
No, it is most certainly NOT normal. Most likely you have an urge (conscious or subconscious) to have sex with one of your brother's friends or maybe even your brother himself. You are making yourself sexually available to drunken males on a regular basis and you should feel horribly soiled and bad about yourself. Think about THAT the next time you post this crap to random strangers.
