Is it normal that i drew a picture of a girl who i am in love with?

I've only known this girl for about a month maybe a bit longer. I REALLY like her, she's sexy, smart, and a good athelete, (whats not to like?)but I don't know if she likes me yet. Anyway I've been talking to her alot on Facebook/Twitter/Texting alot and we've hung out a few times too. She always talks about how guys never do nice things for her, so I thought I'd draw her a picture! I'm an artist, so that's kind of my thing, I draw. I looked on Facebook and found my favorite picture of her and got to work on recreating it. So I worked really hard on drawing this nice portrait of her, and it turned out beautiful. The only thing is, Now my friends (guys) are saying "NO! don't give it to her! That's so creepy!" They think that I will creep her out since I've only known her a month, but who does'nt want a nice portrait of them drawn? Is it normal for me to give this to her, or is creepy?

    Well you have to choices with lots of outcomes. I think it would be better to do it, if you don't maybe you might regret it someday. Besides even when you will give it to her and finds it creepy, just explain to her that you find her very beautiful and all that stuff you mentioned.

    Maybe you should ask her if you could use her pictures as a model for a portrait? Just say you wanna practice drawing women more, and when you're done, give it to her as a gift. :) Just say you have it as a copy in your art portfolio. ;)

      This is good advice. In retrospect I would have appreciated my portrait gift if the girl who did it had asked me for a picture first.

    I don't think it is creepy at all. I drew a picture of the guy I had crush on once. He got so excited when he saw the picture even though we were not dating and he might not know about my feelings at that time, and he gave me a hug. But just a hug, so you might not want to expect too much i you are not sure about anything yet...
