Is it normal that i dream conversations that end up happening?

I have noticed that as I get older my dreams are becoming less and less creative and more realistic. Most of the time now it's just me having a conversation with friends, family, or my teachers. Then like a week later I get in a conversation with someone and I get a deja vu moment where I get in a conversation that is the same as my dreams. It never seems to be major information but it happens all the time and is very interesting to me. Is It Normal?

It's because of the great shift. This sort of stuff will happen more and more to those in sync with the universe. Meow

I'm not saying anybody else here is wrong -- they're all quite accurate observations. Sometimes, though, I get this same feeling, dreaming about something before it happened. Once I dreamer about my great aunt that I have no contact with passing away, then a week later, my mom got a call saying she died from sudden and severe cancer. No telling HOW I dreamer about THAT one, so I'd just chalk this stuff up to the oddly inexplicable.

I have these moments periodically, where I'll feel déjà vu and remember some dream I had that was similar to what just happened. A few of them have been weirdly specific, but others have been rather routine.

Your brain, when it sleeps and dreams, is rehearsing the previous day; so it's deliberately trying to rehash things similar to what you actually experienced. Most of us are routine enough that we experience multiple events on multiple days that are similar to things we've had the chance to dream about; when this happens, BAM! Déjà rêvé (which would be French for "already dreamed," just like "already seen" déjà vu.)

Very normal. It's ridiculously common in the first place to dream about things that happen regularly, like talking with someone.

As for the conversation topic itself seeming familiar, the subconscious mind constantly picks up things that consciously, we're totally unaware of.
When you dream, often your subconscious is processing all those little things that happened throughout the previous day. Maybe a person you had a real-life conversation with said or did something relevant to your dream conversation the day before you had the dream. You may have consciously completely forgotten about it, but your subconscious didn't so you dreamed about it, if that makes sense.

Dreams are always normal, no matter what they're about. They're dreams and weird by default, which makes them normal.
