It scares the shit out of me when I wake up but I dream that my teeth are breaking off and falling off... I have braces and even in my dream i have my braces on. But it's really scary and does anyone else dream about this or is it just me??
I once had a dream that my teeth went all soft like pay dough. In the dream my mum said it was from drinking too much coke.
It is an innate fear of old age. I've had this dream many times over the years, and I just refused to grow old. Now, the dream reoccurs no more ! Yaay !!
Yup, definitely had those. My dentist mentioned my teeth looked like I'd been grinding them one checkup, and I realized I must be doing it in my sleep. It could be a stress thing, try and chill out!
I've had the dream too.
Some sites will tell you it's about some deep-rooted fear. I always figured it was a result of putting pressure on a nerve point. Try changing your sleeping position and see if that helps.
I think teeth dreams have something to do with the health.

I have horrible dreams sometimes that my teeth are very weird looking, or that I'm loosing all my hair... I'm not sure what causes nightmares like that but they're very disturbing to me...
