Is it normal that i dream about pulling my own teeth out?

All too often I have dreams where I start pulling my own teeth out! It always starts with the one. Then I just seem to keep pulling one out after another untill I have none left! What's worse is that I'm aware that I shouldn't be doing it but, I just can't stop! I would say I dream this at least two or three times a month. Is this normal or do I need to see some sort of medium/dentist?

My mom had a dream where all her teeth slowly fell out one by one. Then she drowned in her own blood. It's probably normal.

sometimes I have dreams where I don't have any teeth. Recently it was a dream that all my molars were just... gone.
I think it was telling me to brush my teeth more...

A LOT of people dream about the demise or damage of their teeth, for what reason, I don't know. I've dreamt a few times of my teeth rotting and dropping down the sink as I look at them in the bathroom mirror. They would just crack like a shattered mirror. Dental nightmares, it would make a great college super 8 movie

Lots have those dreams..me included. Dreams are dreams so I wouldn't stress too much. Goggle possible meanings if it bothers you.

I used to have teeth falling off dreams before, and they say it's because I worry too much about my appearance. I think they were right.

But I've never had one where I pull them off myself. You can check out this page: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080422081225AA6sUnj

Of course, dreams don't have to mean anything sometimes. But since you mentioned it was reoccurring, maybe it does mean something.

This is perfectly normal, though. Don't worry :)
