Is it normal that i dream about killing people all the time?

well i always have a dream in witch case i would try killing some one all the time not just one person many people and i normally end up doing it too. but in my dream i don't have control over my body another girls voice tells me to do these things and i cant help but follow her orders.

now in my waking life i hear voices telling me to hurt people(like punching biting or silvery hurting), some times i black out and would do it and not remember only when a friend tells me what i just did. and other times i would talk to it saying "no this is wrong i cant do that ill git in trouble." and the voice would try to convince me otherwise. i need to know if this is normal and a lot of other people have the same problem.

    As long as you are not going around murdering people in real life, I don't see a huge issue here. I have had girlfriends that randomly bite me before, lolz.

    I once dreamed that I strangled a little girl and sang to her body. The next night, I dream that I tap danced at my cousin's eighth grade graduation.

    The point I'm trying to make is, dreams don't mean much. They're just our subconscious having a bit of sun.

    It's not normal to hear voices, especially if the voices command you to kill someone. Maybe you should seek help and get some medication for it.

    Well it's ok if you can go without the old conscience creeping up on you, but just watch tv or something if it does. The smallest things will take your mind off it, strange but true..i read for instance. I don't know about all this hearing voices and stuff but it's a good way to cover up a rape...and..oh i don't know...there's just something so much better about strangling a girl while fucking her...and the fact you can do anything with them..oh yum...man i'm getting carried away...ahem...i mean don't do that it's bad...:)

    I dream of killing people as well! I even got to experimenting with explosives and poisons. after I fed some poison to the neighbours cat I realised what I was doing was not going to keep me out of prison very well and I do enjoy freedom. Honestly there is not a day that goes by where I don't think about becoming a hitman

        Well, there's more to Schizophrenia than just hearing voices. Like, I knew a Schizophrenic kid in high school who thought he was sent back in time from the government to destroy all women (I couldn't beleive that kid wasn't locked up). But there are different levels of it and that kind of thing. I told the OP she sounds Schizophrenic because she said the voices are persuading her. I don't know much about the disease, but I think if you can tell the difference between the voices and real life, than you're just fine. If you feel the voices you hear are a problem though, I'd get it checked out.
