My husband has a daughter that is 4 years old from a previous relationship, I don't have a problem with her it's her mother. Everytime something good happens to me and my husband she starts causing problems, like trying to talk him into getting back with her or telling his parents that they'll be together again. I totally trust my husband im not worried obout him at all and now im pregnant and we are really excited about our baby. As soon as his ex found out about me being pregnant she decided to take my husband to court to try and take all his rights away, my husband loves his daughter but is so tired of fighting all the time and just would like to be left alone and happy about our baby, he's considering signing his rights away just to be left alone. Would this be a bad decision that he will regret later in life?

    Take her to court and win all the rights from her, the real goal is to get judge to put her on her ass about interfering with your relationship. Got to get in get face or something

    I think he will..he shouldn't give up on his first daughter no matter how bad the situation is..she might grow up to hate him too..I don't know..
