Is it normal that i dont feel alone when i walk into my bedroom?

Its just been happening lately i have been going into my room where i normally am and i have started to feel uneasy about putting my feet off the edge of the bed and when its quiet i hear noises is it just me or could i have a ghost in my room and i already know there is a child ghost in my house but that has never made me feel this way before i am usually comfy and dangling my feet now i feel uneasy to put them off the edge and i have started sleeping in my clothes because i dont like getting changed when i feel uneasy about things.

Is it me or is something going on?

Relax, it's just me. I live under your bed, and when you're asleep I come out for a snack, and sometimes you even talk in your sleep so I converse with you. It's nothing to worry about though, I'm clean guy but you say some strange things

There's a secret space under your bed, I gently push it to the side and crawl out from underneath.

I thought you had to be 18 to join this site. Have you ever heard of the babadook? It hides under the bed too. It has long claws and a top hat and it creeps up over the sleeping child and then takes them away. Where, I don't know, but away somewhere. It happened to a friend of mine when I was 12. We never heard from him again.
