Is it normal that i don't usually feel "well"?

I always seem to feel like crap.

Something is always aching. My stomach is upset a lot. I feel like throwing up often. My bones, muscles and head usually hurt...and I just don't feel well in general. I feel like a "crybaby".

I am pretty healthy physically. I am a mental disaster. I try to treat my body well. Eat fruits and vegetables, stretch, do yoga. but I don't always do a great job of it i.e. I occasionally will smoke a cigarette (or two) or eat fast food. . .

maybe other people feel like crap most of the time but just don't mention it?

No, this isn't normal - at least not to that extent. Feeling like you have to throw up a lot is definitely not normal.

It could be psychological. Depression in particular can cause physical symptoms.

Other things to think about are stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, and diet. Keep an eye out for any foods that seem to make you feel sick.

It wouldn't hurt to see a doctor about this, because there are medical conditions that can cause aches and pains. Not saying you should run to the ER, but bring it up the next time you go to see your doctor.

I am constantly sick and catch every single virus going. I eat really healthily but I am always exhausted and lack motivation. But I am a lot older than most of you in my 40s - when I was young I could've moved mountains and wouldn't have seen anyone in my way in the workplace.

mental health issues can manifest with physical symptoms, you should think about why you're a mental disaster...try and get some help.
