There's not one person in my life that I feel comfortable getting emotionally close to. I don't open up to anyone, not even my wife. if I ever do open up a little I quickly push that person away.

    You may have gone through something traumatic which has led you to the point of not trusting anyone. I'm sorry you feel as though there's no one you can confide in...not even your wife, but I'm sure if you work through your issues and open up little by little, you will be able to trust someone! We need to have people in our lives we know for sure are in our corner as well as us being in their corner! Life can be cold and distant without having anyone to rely on!

    Its hard to trust people you have to chose to take people as they come or suspect everyone of being a liar don't let this issue because a problem there are people who are not out to hurt you.
