I don't think that poor families should have children. Including the starving families in Africa. I mean, if they go off and have like 5 children, of course they're not gonna have enough food or water for themselves. They're pretty much torturing the child by keeping it alive in those conditions. And if a family is just poor, why bring a child into the world into those conditions? Then they wonder why they're low on money and why they don't have enough food. Maybe if they hadn't've had children, they'd have more food/water/money for themselves.

    Maybe they're cannibals and having more children is their way of growing their own groceries.

    I'm a bit iffy on it. On one hand I don't think it's okay to mess with another person's reproductive rights. On the other, I feel like they shouldn't have kids because I've seen poor families with 2-14 children and the kids grow up with anxiety issues, depression, are in and out of jail, or have other issues that stem from their household.

      More and more people today are having children just because of the system benefits (FREE money) and other breaks that are given because of kids, its sickening. If anyone barely has enough to support themselves they should not be having children at all.

        Yeah there are a few people like that in my area who had kids to get benefits. There's also some who have them because they don't want to be considered abnormal by society(lots of people think its selfish to not have kids). I wish people would think of the kids first before having them because it's selfish to have them if they can't provide for them.

    This is really the best argument for large-scale sexual education. Most people don't get up in the morning hoping to have too many kids to feed, but education on birth control & the like can be scarce. Hell, if yahoo answers is any indication, bad sex ed is everywhere.
