When somebody asked me what I wanted to be when I grow up(as a kid), I couldn't think of anything. I try to think of my future, but I just don't think I'll get that far. I know it's not depression, I'm a happy person. I think it might have to do with that I'm homosexual, and I know I'll never get married or have kids. . . This is a real question. IIN?
This is normal. And I used to be the complete opposite when I was younger, I always had an answer when people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I even had everything all planned out. And where the heck did all my plans disappear to? My future seems pretty fuzzy right now. Believe it or not, its actually kinda scary for me. But I have a lot of other crap going on with my family right now, so my mind hasn't really been concentrating well on other things. You're not alone. And just because you're a homosexual doesn't mean that you won't find love in the future.

I had it all worked out when I was younger. Man, kids, house holidays etc. And I got it all and was happy for a time. Then found out he'd been cheating, and now I have no plans, just floating about day to day. It's a frustrating feeling when all your best laid plans go tits up. And now I'm scared to make any cuz of what happened the last time. So I guess it's normal to feel that way. You're certainly not the only one.
It's normal to be undecided but ridiculous to base it on your sexuality. Not everyone's future has marriage and kids in it. Your future is about YOU and what you wish to gain. If you aspire to just live in the moment and enjoy it then so be it.
