Is it normal that i don't talk to my boyfriend every single day?

I met my boyfriend at college, and we were together ALL the time. We even lived across the hall from each other. But in the summer we both moved back home and live an hour away. We both have jobs and our schedules don't always line up so we'll go a day or two without talking to each other at all. We see each other at least once a week. It hasn't seemed to affect us negatively. Is it healthy to NOT talk to each other at least once every day?

Yeah I actually like going a day or two without talking because like u said above, it gives us a lot more to talk about/catch up on and makes the time we do talk more valuable

Well, I think it is normal that you don't want that. If you guys are ALWAYS together, there's a chance that you'll lose the spark! It's not a great feeling. My boyfriend and I used to talk all the time! But then I got tired of being with him because of our long conversations so close together. And when we broke up, none of us were sad about it XD. Even though we're able to stay friends so comfortably, it's just wrong to not feel a thing when you break up with someone lols! So in short, I agree!

This is probably more healthy in my opinion. I would rather talk to my boyfriend once every two or three days than text him all day every day. Mostly because I prefer to talk on the phone than through text.

Different people need different amounts of space. Personally I like the odd day or two (or more) a week off. It just means I have more to talk about and am more excited to talk after the time.

I think it's alright. Many people have been and are in this situation.
