Is it normal that i don't pee in front of my wife (and vice versa)?

I'm not comfortable using the bathroom (for example, brushing my teeth) while my wife pees, and I'm not comfortable peeing if she's in the bathroom with me.

Is that normal?

Who was it that said "the key to a successful marriage is separate bathrooms"?

Normal. I think that would kill the romance. My mother and my father (rip) got to that point their relationship - going to the bathroom in front of each other. She said that they got too comfortable and that it ruined the magic of their relationship. She's always advised me to never do the same.

That's easy, just lock the door if you or she wasnt privacy.
I had this one boyfriend who used to poop and talk to me with the door open. I thought it was a little crass but it wasn't a huge deal.
Then there was this one guy who wanted me to pee ON him. That was pretty weird but there are stranger things on this site for sure.

Well it's not good to piss in front of your wife, anyway, I'm not sure she'd appreciate being directly pissed on.
