Not sure if it's in the right area, but I don't mind it at all and haven't done since I was 13. To me it's normal and I'd openly talk about it with someone put everyone else I know is disgusted by it..

Let's see now, I'm at the end of a 3-5 day constant headache, I went from craving chocolate to craving potato chips and i may kill some people if i dont get some ice cream soon, all the while being more irritable than usual. Now I await the arrival of mother nature. She should be knocking on my innards any minute now. She likes to stab and twist at my guts along the way. As much as I hate her, she is a most welcome visitor, although she stays too long and comes back a bit too soon.
It's only awkward if you make it awkward. I personally don't mind, in some ways I'm actually sort of curious.
It's a normal function of life, why should it be weird to discuss with people?
That is completely normal. Like I will even go up to my guy friends and be like "yo motha fucka. I am pmsing so bad right know give me a hug.KNOWWW...no it is not weird. " ; ). Buy some ice cream. I salute to all my fellow girls. You will get through pms
Enjoy the life cycle! It keeps you youthful. It could be worst. My girlfriend had PMS so bad and painful, long periods, as she got older she elected to get a [ elective ] hysterectomy to resolve the problem, and that was worst because without the natural production of estrogen periods provide, she aged.....estrogen not flowing naturally flowing in the body does weird things to a woman's body!
Okay maybe I should have said ...Looks less feminine.
Less feminine to me just looks older.
Older.....My main point was not to do anything drastic to resolve a natural body function such as PMS. Everyone has PMS.
Estrogen is produced in two places, but primarily in the ovaries. If ones ovaries are removed by an elective surgery, then noticeable feminine characteristics my be negatively impacted.
If this is not clear just think about what [ men ] look like when they undergo estrogen hormone replacement therapy. More feminine right? The nuance is perhaps not describable but immediately recognizable. Now, imagine a female without estrogen....what would we expect to see?
There are certain people I can talk to about it and not feel awkward. I dont think I could openly talk about that stuff with my brother or something.
