Is it normal that i don't listen to most songs on my ipod?

So, my iPod has a ton of music. But a lot of it is trash (Nickelback, Linkin Park, Katy Perry, Jay-Z, Avenged Sevenfold) and I don't listen to it. I never bother taking this off, so it's still on it. Only 25% of my songs do I listen to regularly, and only 75% do I even listen to AT ALL. IIN?

    In my opinion, if you still this have 'trash' (as you call it) on your ipod but have no intention of deleting it, you still secretly like it.
    But hey, just my opinion.

    Yeah I have my entire ipod on shuffle, and just keep hitting 'next' until i get to one of the few songs I like. Would be easier to take others off but i cba. XD

    I never listen to more than a thousandth of my collection in any one day, and then it's usually roughly the same thousandth the following day. What thousandth it is changes slowly over time.
