Ok so I know she's won lots of awards and is like Americas sweetheart, but she not really anymore talented then most country and most music artists. I mean I think she's a good song writer and singer but she's so over rated it just makes me dislike her. And I think she would be nearly as popular of it weren't for that whole drunk kanye thing...,

YES! I am a normal teenage girl who doesn't like taylor swift, either! but in my school, she's pretty much tantamount to god himself. I don't really get it... I mean, her music really is nothing all that special. her songs are cute, but they're nothing compared to some of the awesome songs made by bands like keane and neon trees. she is extremely overrated, and it drives me crazy that I'm pretty much the only girl in my grade who thinks so.
She peaked in the UK long before the Kanye thing. She's attractive and a good singer but everyone has their own music tastes, hating her is going a bit far though.

She's a good role model to young girls. I'll give her that. BUT... her music has no substance, and it sounds like it was written in 5 mins. And she really can't sing that well. Her music sucks.
