I guess I don't necessarily "not like" red headed females I just feel like they are competition, and every-time i see one i get defensive.. Ever since my boyfriend told me he had a thing for red heads at one time, I feel like I need to one up every one of them that I meet.. I feel kind of bad though because its just a hair color.. Is this normal?

Few guys like redheads. But the ones that do LOVE them. I've never met a dumb redhead.

I assume you are a not-red-haired hetero girl. If so, then it is perfectly normal. I would keep an eye out for dirty-blondes because they usually live up to their name.
