Is it normal that i don't like either gender?

Well, I'm 19 years old. I'm a straight female. I've never been told by any male that they like me, meaning I've never been in a relationship, kissed anyone, hugged anyone romantically, nothing. So, after these teenage years of mine being spent alone, I'm starting to feel nothing. I don't like females, I've determined that my mind isn't switching to liking the other gender, I just think all of my feelings for males is fading. I suppose it's not a bad thing, if I don't like anyone, I won't feel hurt by it anymore, but I don't know if it's normal to like no one...nothing...no gender. I just, I don't know if it's a psychological barrier beyond my will or if it's just a natural fade. Is this normal?

It sounds to me that you do want a relationship and that you are looking for a way to cope with the fact that you haven't had one and the pain this is causing you.

I may be wrong but I'd predict that these feelings will come back once you find someone you have a crush on, who also feels the same about you.

    There is 'asexuality'.
I don't know much about it but from what I know sounds similar to what you are experiencing, might be worth checking it out, hope it helps.

If you aren't attracted to either gender, then you are asexual.

You said you're a straight female and you don't like any gender? Just say you're asexual.

Don't look at the gender, look at the person.

yeah, that's normal. I'm a straight male and I kinda feel like you do. With me it's not even a "barrier", I'm just not interested. Wish I'd figure that out when I was 19, would have so much time to do other stuff.
