My sister is 16 and doesn't have her period yet. She told me that there is discharge in her underwear, does that mean she will get it soon? We are all worried for her.
I got mine at 16 as well, I didn't have it till my sister hit me with a heavy pillow on my back , if it wasn't for that I probably didn't got it lol

When you reach a certain fat percentage, you will start menstruating. I don't remember the exact percentage, but I think it's something around 13%, or more. I had a friend who was into track and long distance running early in life and didn't start menstruating until she was 18. She had no fertility problems later. It wouldn't hurt to talk to your doctor about it though, just for your own peace of mind.
I agree with her ^^^ my sex Ed teacher said that you can only get your period ages 9-17 you should see a doctor when she's about reaching 18 years old if she doesn't get it by then
Your sister should see the gynocologist. I think a 16 year old should see the gynocologist anyway, but she should go to the doctor to make sure she is ok.
Everyone is different. If he doesn't have it yet, then obviously it's normal for her. But if everyone is so worried, go to the doctor and get their opinion
