Is it normal that i don't have close friends?

I'd like to think I have a lot of friends, but then again I would never class any of them to be 'very close friends' or my best friend.

Sometimes if I want to arrange to go out somewhere with some of my friends, I don't really know who to ask first about it and feel a bit awkward asking one of them.

Is this normal? Thanks.

    If you're fine with it, then sure it's normal. You're under no obligation to be like everyone else.

    You're normal. People my age are to ignorant and annoying to be emotionally attached to.

    Some people are like that! Its not a bad thing, just keeps you from getting hurt I guess.
