Is it normal that i don't hang out with friends very often?

It seems like everyone around me are with their friends 24/7. My siblings are never around on the weekends because they're always with their friends. I spend most of my weekends alone. I miss my friends when they're not around. I rarely see my school friends outside of school yet there are people at my school who hang out with each other the time. I do have friends but they are not always able to hang out with me. Is this normal?
