Is it normal that i don't exactly know how to behave with females?

There's this feeling I get every time I come across a female(except relatives, friends and acquaintances).
I don't really get how to behave with an unknown female and how my behaviour should be. Its all right when its a man, I play and joke about with any unknown boy or a man. But when it comes to a woman, I'm all inscrutable.
And yeah, one thing, I'm straight!

Alright I will help you out here. Just be yourself. However girls do not like a lot of gross stuff. So don't say "Haha I farted or burp really loud in front of her" since you will just be grossing her out. Anything else is pretty much ok. Though depending on the girl she might be more boyish or more feminine. However simply being tomboy does not mean she thinks farts and burps are funny. So just remember if you are around a chick use your manners. Oh another rules that applys to MOST girls. It does not matter if its a tomboy, goth, girly girl or sporty chick. 90percent of the time stuffed animals are in. I have seen goths with stuffed animals, girly girls, and the most butch chick I have ever seen with a stuffed toy.

I think it's pretty normal, actually. I'm a girl and I still have trouble understanding how other women think, I don't really understand the mentality.
I could be just really weird but yeah, it's hard. I think it's normal

  • I always get told that I have a flirty personality around girls, even though I'm not trying to flirt. I just talk to them as people.

I know where you're coming from. Talking to girls has always been a challenge for me. It still is. I don't really have much advice in this area, except I guess treat them like you were talking to a male.
