Yesterday, my boyfriend's friend was raped, And..I don't know her at all. I don't care about her, all I can say is "sorry, ok, bye", then forget it. Is this normal?
What do you mean by you "don't care"? Did you literally not even feel a twinge of sympathy? If so, of course that's not normal! Though no one should be expected to hold a pity party for someone they don't know, hearing of a terrible misfortune should always make you stop and think. If not, I'm sorry, but you sound like a cynical and jaded person. Hopefully, you're not sociopathic.

Yup...normal. Sorry to say it, but people ger raped every day. It's a horrible thing, and the rapists should burn. But! if you dont personally know his friend, why dwell on it? Trust me, your bf's friend isn't worried about how you feel about her being raped...
