Haha, this is a really random thing to ask is it normal about, but I'm gonna ask anyway.

So, yeah, I really don't care for Taylor Swift. If anything, she's highly overrated. Why? Because her songs all sound the same, and they're all about the same exact thing. And she's her music isn't "country", it's like pop pretending to be country. I know she writes her own songs and whatnot, but honestly, I don't care when she's writing about the exact same thing over, and over, and over, and over again, especially when the music sounds very similar in most of her songs.

    Obviously normal, there isn't a single musical artist out there that everyone likes. Not liking one is completely normal.

    Yeah, it's normal that you don't care for Taylor Swift. I don't particularly care for her music myself, but the thing that I like and appreciate is that she is putting out a positive image for young girls; she's a good role model. Not many female celebrities now days are like that.

      ...Well, to be honest, I don't think writing a song about having sex with your boyfriend makes her a decent image for young preteen girls :/

            Like I said, I don't really care for her music, so I don't listen to it. I just previously thought that she seemed like a good role model for girls.

    Its how most modern country songs are, pop disguised as country. there are a few good songs out there, but most of it,(like a lot of newer songs), is pointless and has no meaning behind it and is made just to make a quick buck.

    Now granted, trashy music is always briefly popular, I guess. Hell, N'Sync was popular in 2000. uuugh.

    I like some of her songs, but whatever floats your boat. I think Kate Nash's songs all sound the same, she talks/sings like she's high lol
