Is it normal that i don't blush even though i'm really pale?

So I've seen some posts about people saying that they don't blush and they were asking if it was normal. Most answers said something about skin tone having an impact on it and that if you had fairer skin it was easier to blush. I am very very pale and yet I never seem to blush no matter what happens. I feel my face get warm but there is never any color. Is that normal for other people?
