Is it normal that i don't believe that eternal love exists???

Well this is my opinion.Only the love for God and parents is eternal.The love between man and woman ends after a year or two,it's temporay.Why a man and a woman can't love each other forever,till the death separates them???

    I'm not going to criticize you for saying eternal love doesn't exist and then carrying on to say that it does. I just think you need to meet the right person. Hopefully, you will!

    Love is something that exists as long as you want it to... it will be tested and tortured, cherished and admired. It is solely up to you how strong your love is and maybe there is someone out there that can match you.

    ... Some people loose faith in God, so that love is not eternal. Some children kill their parents, some parents abuse children and children hate them for it. That's not eternal either.

    I don't think your argument helps if you think that "only love for God and parents are eternal". Because even that doesn't last forever.

    A certain event in someone's life can cause someone to lose their faith and love in God, and a child's resentment for their parent for whatever reason (such as abuse or neglect) can cause that child to hate their parent. The discussion on whether love is eternal or not is a good one, but your arguments about "love for God and parents" falls flat.

    Well, I've been deeply in love twice in my life and have been lucky enough to be with that person... unfortunately both relationships went wrong and I KNOW I will love again, but eternal love? I don't hate my exes but I know I'm not in love with them anymore and I think it's NORMAL.

    I've met some people as well who don't love or care about their parents/children anymore, they actually hate each other. So I think love is a human emotion. A long-ever lasting loving relationship can perfectly exist, but it depends on the people inside the relationship.

    Love is a chemical reaction, but it is possible to meet someone who you connect with beyond that time you mentioned :/
