Could you explain why you "don't believe" in them?
By the way, it's not normal for someone, who interacts with others online and knows their way around the Internet fairly well, to deny that meaningful connections can be formed without first meeting a person face-to-face.
One more question: Have you ever heard of Skype?
I met your mom on the internet, she gave me anal. I stole $40 out of her purse and crawled out the window.
So do you think those people who have experienced either or both are lying?
No some people don't.
Online relationships are like when you need a pee.
once your done the feelings gone.
I think this is a bit much. I could see online relationships not being your thing since its normal to desire someone you can actually touch. I can vouch that I have had an online thing a few times and not because I wanted to but simply because I hung out with someone long enough, games and video chats, that feelings eventually happened. Yup, mutual ones.
But even online friendships? I think that is as much a mental block as the people who say all video games make people violent and social media sites/chatrooms/the internet is dangerous and leads to trouble. Most people who say this have never tried what they are downing. Its harmless if you don't believe in them but I have some very good friends I'd have never met otherwise who are in the Netherlands, Canada, California and others places just from playing MMOs.
