Is it normal that i don’t really care about what’s “normal”?

Is it normal that I don’t really care about what’s “normal”? – not that I really care if you think not. I have no issues re normality. I use my own best discretion re my own behavior and feel fine not doing anything that would bother myself. I’m on this website because I find most of the comments interesting and enjoy sharing my own, but I wouldn’t give a rat’s ass (not that I HAVE one to give, thank God) if someone else labeled anything I did, wrote, said, or thought as being abnormal, according to their sick judgment.

But it's funny how 'tolerant' people can be intolerant when it's not socially unaceptable to be. A little offtopic but it seems relevant

I don't really understand your point: I'm not sure if you're thinking I'd fall into the hypocrite category or not. I'm sure I don't, but you, who of courss know me less well (almost not at all) than I do, may think otherwise. An example should enable me to understand your point.

I think it is still intolerance when you make fun of someone for being overweight or when they don't want to socialize as much as other people, etc.

I agree with this statement of yours, but why are you telling me this: I haven’t ridiculed anyone for being overweight or not wanting to socialize?

You asked me for an example of my point. I wasn't calling anyone out as intolerant.

Ok, then I guess we agree.

On the rare occasions I post real stories, some of the advice I get is so ridiculous that I have no idea what is normal or not. A couple of weeks ago, it was suggested that I round up a gang and get them to hit someone hard enough to fracture their skull because of a minor dispute.

Obviously, you have the appropriate reaction to their insanity.
