Is it normal that i do this

ok so i am a pretty good student i always turn in my work, i do good on it, but i always wait till the last minute. on every single assignment i always wait till the mo tee morning it is due. while i am doing it i always start to freak out and pace and worry i wont get it done. i feel like my mind is falling apart. i will pace while muttering things and slapping stuff. then i will randomly clean or build something. after freakouts i go back to my homework, and i have multiple freakouts per niaght. after i finish, im always sweating and sometimes crying. I do it this way cuz if i do it early i do a bad job, i always do my best work under pressure. my question is, is it normal or healthy for me to do this? and does anyone else do this? please dont leave any mean comments

Haha that made me giggle. You sound like a very smart student, but It's obviously very stupid to do your work on the last night, I'm hoping you got some research or had some ideas before you started.. But aslong as you pass. Haha :3

I do this too, and it never feels good.

The only difference is I used to do it and hand assignments in just on time... Now when I do it I miss the deadline altogether and fuck myself over. It's generally not out of laziness either, it's almost like I can only work hard when I feel horribly stressed and pressured to the point of insomnia and hypertension.

I do the same. I can't work unless I'm under pressure.

I disagree with your sentiment. Your grammar is atrocious. Please try to organize yourself and your thoughts in a more concise and coherent way.

As an example, I will try to clean this up.

I try to be a responsible student. I turn in my assignments, and I do well on them, but I procrastinate. On each assignment, I wait until the morning they are due before completing my work.
[Never begin with 'ok' or 'okay'. Try to avoid using this word entirely. 'So' is also superfluous. Use a dictionary, thesaurus and a manual of style. Look up what words actually mean and their usage. For example, 'pretty' means 'beautiful'. Try to avoid using 'good' and 'bad', use synonymous words instead (if practicable). 'Until' not till, unless you are tilling the soil.
I do not understand how you could be achieving adequate grades. Perhaps you should speak with the school Principal or Headmaster and request a new English teacher.
    New thought, new paragraph.]
When I am hurried this way, I begin to freak out and pace about. I also worry that I won't finish in time. I feel like my mind is falling apart. I then continue to pace and mutter to myself, sometimes lashing out at objects.
[Avoid the phrase 'get it done'. Also, avoid 'stuff' in place of objects. Learn what these objects are, at least generally (i.e. furnishings).
    New thought, new paragraph.]
I then become distracted, leaving my task, instead doing random household chores or constructing things.
    [Organize your chores.
    New thought, new paragraph.]
I am very emotional. Sometimes I cry, at other times I panic and this causes me to sweat. I have a tendency to do this often, usually several times consecutively. However, I do my best work when I'm under pressure and when I try to complete tasks early, my work is of poor quality.
[Because instead of 'cuz'. Please stop repeating 'always' or it will always be this way.
    New thought, new paragraph.]
My questions are, Is it normal or healthy for me to do this? Does anyone else do this?
Please don't leave any mean comments.
[Capitals at the beginning of sentences.]

To answer your questions, yes I sometimes procrastinate also. I think what you might want to try, is to create a schedule of deadlines to complete tasks. You might be able to trick yourself into believing that these tasks are due before they actually are.

        You should have said:

Thank you for your suggestion at the end, but I honestly don't care about grammar or anything on this site
[DO NOT USE 'ok', especially at the beginning of sentences.
        "ok well I"', is superfluous.
        su·per·flu·ous\su̇-ˈpər-flü-əs\
        adjective
1a : exceeding what is sufficient or necessary : extra
        b : not needed : unnecessary
2 obsolete : marked by wastefulness : extravagant
Ask yourself a simple question: What do I want to say to this person? In this case, you wanted to say 'Thank you". That is what you should start with.
I've also noticed that you use 'I' exceedingly. This shows others that you are self-centred (U.S. self-centered) and greedy.
        Notice the apostrophe in 'don't'.
Grammar is spelled with two R's, two M's and two A's.
Notice the comma between 'end' and 'but'. A comma signifies a half-stop.]

I appreciate your honesty, but not caring is not an option. We're trying to help you. Many other people on this site try very hard to write well, and you just lambasted them. If you don't care about others, then why should they care about you?
You have missed the point. If you organize your speech better, then your life will also become better organized.

I apologize for incorrectly organizing my thoughts. The main reason why I have not bothered to use capitalization, punctuation, and spell check would be because I did not really feel like it. I have seen the error of my ways and would like to apologize to anyone who was insulted by my lack of effort.

    Is it normal? Yes
    Is it healthy? No

    I do the same though.

Procrastination is normal. If you're good under pressure, then keep doing what you're doing. I do the same actually. I have a thesis paper due Monday and I've had a couple of months to do it. Needless to say, it's gonna be a busy weekend.
