Is it normal that i didn't actually have sex but missed my periods

I'm 20, i did not 'totally' had sex, i guess i did not even loose my virginity but still I'm more than a week late for my periods and Today I'm having dark red spotting, I'm too shy to consult any doctor so what should i do, is it normal?

    There are a lot of reasons a period may become irregular and not all of them harmless. Go see the ob hun.
