Is it normal that i destroy cakes on purpose to help people?

My parents are slobs. My mom is extremely unhealthy. So, I destroyed the cake she made. I covered it in ketchup, mustard, and baking powder. I left a note too. I put an apple on top of the container as an alternative. Doing my part to re-educate people to undo their obese habits. They both have high blood pressure. How hard is it to change habits? Just stop. Is this normal?

If someone did that to me I'd kick them the hell out of my house.

You might have your heart in the right place, but your methods SUCK!
There are plenty of CONSTRUCTIVE things you can do (look around on the internet) but being DESTRUCTIVE is not going to accomplish anything.
People with bad eating habits don't change because you do things to them; they change because they want to. You are just going to make yourself unwelcome in their home and accomplish NOTHING positive.

      I agree

Your methods are not helpful at all.
If anything it could make things worse...its not good to make someone feel bad about themselves.

Why not offer to cook...look up healthy versions of the food they like...dont tell them the difference ...then after they eat it you can get a more honest review. If they liked it thats great...and its a good way to show them that healthy foods can taste good too.

            • I guarantee you not trolling. I am fed up with them. You would have to be here to understand. Zero tolerance policy is my answer. No need to be gruff. I would not destroy your cake.

I like how you said, "people with bad eating habits don't change because you do things to them; they change because they want to." I will have to remember that the next time my husband destroys my bag of potato chips.

    • Unwelcome? Then, my plan is working.
I don't do this to non-family members cakes. I destroy illegal drugs too. I will destroy alcohol too.

    What are you doing here?
You're already convinced your brat like behaviour is fine because it's for "the greater good".
Judging by your rude, condescending responses to other people's comments, you have no interest in the greater good.

You're simply a pretentious, self righteous prat.

Go eat lettuce and be miserable.
Or reply with some boring stats about how paleo makes you feel amazing and you love the feeling of cross fit and judging people.
    Whatever.

Ehehehe... That reminded me of Egbert and Crocker... Hehe.

Anyway... Just let 'em eat. It's their choice whether to eat it or not. Just tell them to cut down of maybe go on a diet?

Well, I have a phrase which is: I'M FAT 'N HAPPY!
My mom lost weight and was hella skinny before, but she was depressed at the time. Once she started eating, she was... FAT 'N HAPPY!
