Is it normal that i'd rather be a girl, even though i'm straight?

I'm 20 now and the last few years I keep having thoughts about how I'd rather be a girl.
I'm completely straight and have more male than female friends.
I would never do something with another man.
It's not like I want a sexchange either. It's just that if I could choose, I wouldn't choose to be a man.

Is this normal?

    I'm a straight male and really want to be a girl. I can't explain why, I just feel wrong as a male and would feel more comfortable and happy as a female.

    Sometimes I want to be a guy, but I'm bi so I'd be fine either way.
