I'm male and 35 years old. I don't drink alcohol or do drugs although I've tried them in the past because I simply don't like them. I mention this because I know drugs and alchohol can delay ejaculation a great deal as they relax the nerves. So my question is, when I have sex (receive oral sex), fuck without a condom, or masturbate, I can only last 1-2 minutes before I feel myself about to cum (unless I'm exhausted, thinking about something else, or really bored). Is it normal that I ejaculate only after such a short time?

    Try to relax your muscles down there instead of tensing up. Tensing them makes everything feel better, but it also makes you cum way faster.

    You could also try a supplement called L-tryptophan. It helps your body make serotonin, which could make you last longer.

    Everyone is different. If you're that sensitive then it must feel really good. Some people can't feel much until they arr 30 minutes in. It all varies from person to person
