Ever since I was 18 (22 now) this discharge comes out after I poop. I'm not going to lie, I rather enjoy pooping. But I don't know if I'm the only girl this happens to? I think it's cum, but I'm not 100% certain. Does this happen to any of you girls?
I can only imagine that the discharge (or cum as you like to call it) is already in your vagina, and that the lump of faeces moving down your colon causes the walls of your vagina to constrict, which squeezes the discharge out of your vagina like toothpaste from a tube of toothpaste.
I'm not a doctor, but this is my best guess at what's happening.
