    You probably aren't drinking enough water or eating fiber. You can cry if you're straining. This has happened to me when I've been constipated.

    Depends why. Does it hurt? Maybe there is a problem. Does it trigger you emotionally! Maybe it is a psychological issue... Maybe a problem with the eyes.

    I sometimes have dumps that are painful. Giant turds do not always leave willingly so you must really bare down. A session with a giant turd can take up to 30 mins.
