Is it normal that i cry about my mother all the time?
I've been crying about my mother for around 10 years.
I can't stop crying.
I don't know why but I cry at least an hour a day.

You didn't state if your crying was over your mother passing away or if it was over something else about her. If your crying is about her passing on, and you have many good memories of being with her, that I understand I sympathize with you completely. Losing one's mother can be one of the hardest things one can deal with in their life. But because you didn't state what it is about your mother that's made you cry, I cannot answer on whether your crying is normal or not.
Crying at least an hour a day for a decade? No, that's not normal. I would suggest doing more work or getting more involved and absorbed in things you like. Basically, you need to keep your mind off of her.
