Is it normal that i cringe when i hear this ??

My boyfriend of 3 yrs and I broke up from November-February of this year. In January he flew to Missouri to visit a friend (Whos a girl) for the weekend. We got back together right after he came back. He's never ever lied to me and I have no reason not to believe him. Nothing happened while he was there and all they did was go sight seeing. Now..Everytime I hear anything that has to do with Missouri I get instantly angry. I dont show it but I feel it. Is it normal to feel this way?? Me and her have talked since we got back together and she was very nice about us getting back together and telling me she wishes us the best of luck with our family ( we have a son together ) He is 13 years older than me and she's around his age. Am I just being immature about it cuz Im 23...But like I said I dont hound him about it nor do I ever mention it...It just makes me sick.

    You can't hold him accountable for what he did while not with you. I think you're being upset with him has some other reason. Think it over.

    I feel angry about it because he literally went out of his way and flew states away to hang out w/ a female. and thats what bugs me! And I know for a fact that nothing happened..its just the fact that he planned a weekend trip away to hang out with another girl..it just eats at me! But it was only a couple months ago.. Maybe with time it'll pass. I HOPE !! And I often wonder how he'd feel if about it if it was the other way around...Thanks everyone.

    I have that exact same problem from when my husband and I split up recently.
    Although we are now back together anything that remotely resembles the time we were apart or the good times he had while we were Apart make me feel angry. It will pass in time I think.

    I think you'll get over it. Sounds like you're just caught up in his vacation mysteries. You'll forget about it soon enough.
