Is it normal that i constantly have white wet stuff in my underwear?

okay, so everyday i wear a thin pad in my underwear even if i don't have my period, it catches most of the wet fluid, but if i don't wear it, it looks like i peed my pants. i don't know why this happens all the time, i have read that it could be discharge but that is supposed to be close to your periods and mine are all the time. and also it smells bad. what is going on and what should i do?

    Probably a yeast infection. There are simple medicines for that at almost any store. Buy some!!

    White discharge is normal. It goes from clear to white and changes in thickness depending on your cycle.
