Is it normal that i constantly feel anxious for no reason?
My best friend passed away just over 8 months ago. Since then I constantly feel anxious even when I am not thinking of her. I have butterflies in my stomach, have to catch my breath, can't concentrate and feel like there's a fog in my mind constantly. Every little thing seems to upset me. Everyone else affected seems to be over it. I don't know if the feelings of anxiety are related to grief and if it is normal to feel like this after 8 months/at all!
