Is it normal that i confuse colors? or can't see red when you see it?

Ever since I was 7 people have said I'm colorblind. I cant tell blue/green/yellow, orange/red/brown/yellow, black/blue, and some white/brown/grey. I confuse them a lot or see something different with one another.I can see the whole color spectrum especially bright colors but I tend to have trouble with hues, and a lot of greens I see it as a sky blue like cyan, emerald green and forest. I don't know if it's normal or bad...
Ex.
I sometimes can't tell if it's between what colors
You'll see red and black, I'll see orange and blue
You'll see a greenish yellow, I'll see bright yellow
You see yellow I see a lime green
You see red I see orange
You see pink, I see red
You see green I see a bright blue
You see purple I see blue
You see blue I see purple
You see red I'll see a purple or brown
I can see red, brown, yellow orange and etc most of the time correctly, its just the shades and hues that mess me up. I don't think I'm colorblind and I think it's normal, cuz I don't see green and blue everywhere or only a see colors....but I could be wrong...
