I have a crush on a girl that is quite a few years younger than me. She seems to flirt with me a lot so maybe she likes me too, I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT! But we hung out with our other friends last night and she acted flirty but also like she was trying to fit in with the other girls too.There was a guy there who wants to date me and I have said he was cute before. So the girl I have a crush on pushed me towards him, laughing and telling me to talk to him. A couple minutes later, my friends would turn around and I'd be right back there with them. Is is normal that I'd rather date a girl who is younger than me instead of dating a guy who is my age?

    It's completely normal (depending on how old you are) but usually I like to stick with my same age group for maturity reasons lol. If you are happy with her, don't be forced to take on some other guy you don't even like based on age.

    Are you female? Well I think yes of course it's normal. The thing is though I guess you're young if you're asking this question and you've got to be careful that you don't get classified as a "paedophile", say you're 19 and she's 15 or whatever.

    But it is normal, you're just attracted to who you're attracted to.
