Is it normal that i chew multiple pieces of gum at once?

When I'm chewing gum, I like to start off with one piece, wait until the flavor dulls, then put another in with it. Sometimes I do this with 5 pieces...I don't take any out, just keep adding to the giant gum wad. Is this normal?

Yes, I used to do this when I was in grammar school. We used to even have competitions of who could make the biggest one. I stopped doing it after a while because my teeth would hurt. Good times, though. Good times.

I usually only chew two pieces of gum at once. I like a bigger piece.

My jaw hurts thinking about it.

I used to do that when I was a kid. I would blow huge bubbles.

  • I do that with grape flavored bubblegum! I buy the package and I try to chew every piece at once, but I add them one at a time about five minutes apart. Thanks for reminding me, I haven't bought a pack in over a year. I think I'll be doing it again soon.
