Is it normal that i care about what i eat?
I am very conscious about what I eat. I try to follow a vegetarian/nutritarian lifestyle, eating as many vegetables, legumes, fruits, and whole grains as possible. It has become a recent obsession of mine in the last 2 years or so, as my husband and I suffer from infertility and I'm trying to feed my body proper nutrition to fix what's going on. A lot of my family, and my husband's family, make fun of me for it. One time my in-laws came over, and dinner was vegetarian and organic, and my fil flipped out and said that organic was a gimmick and a waste of money. Sorry, I don't want to eat poison! I don't ever comment on what they eat, and just do my own thing, but everyone seems to think I'm some kind of weirdo because I actually care about what I eat, and I believe "You are what you eat" to be totally true. is it normal that I actually care about what I eat? Why are they giving me such a problem for it?
