Is it normal that i cant stop thinking about a girl i dreamed about?

I have had a dream twice over this week involving a girl who I am sure is the same one in both dreams. I feel like I love her and shes my bestfriend in the dream but out of it, I know that I have no clue who she is. The first time I saw her she looked sad but I didn't see her face as she was standing with her head down in the rain on a street corner. I wanted to say Hi but something told me not to. Last night I dreamt that she walked up and held my hand as I was about to cry because in the dream my parents had died.
Who is she and why am I thinking about her?

    She's the Angel of Death. Just kidding. I dunno she's probably just a memory your brain retained of a pretty girl you saw once, and now your subconscious mind has recreated her as some idealized female image.
