I love this guy and he knows it. But im pretty sure he doesnt love me back. He flirts with other girls and makes fun of me to his friends and is mean to me. But i cant stop loving him. Im not obsessed i just really like him. Is it normal that i just cant loving him no matter what he does?

It's normal, most of us have been there & mistaken it for love the same way you are now.
Move on, baby. 'Cause if there's nothing there for you (& it sure looks like there isn't), you're wasting your time on that clown when you could have your hands on a real prince already -one who reciprocates your feelings, mind you.
You truly are obsessed because if you cant get past a guy who pretty much drags you through the mud then you dont have self-respect, so you should get over him because he's not worth your love if he treats you like that....

Doubtful. Most of us didn't know it when we allowed ourselves to go on through that nonsense which is why we allowed it in the first place. The few of us that did know it were in denial.

Go out and meet boys that do like you! Got over a girl this way actually. You could also just talk about it with him. That helped for me too. I loved a girl for months, and after a while I just knew she didn't love me. Just this weekend I actually cut the cord and talked about it with her, she told me she didn't like me and she said it would be better to just stay friends (I dated with her a couple of times btw). It helps, believe me.
