Is it normal that i cant stand my roommates kid

My roommates son is four years old, hes not pot
ty trained and he wets on everything. Theres a permanent soggy spot on the couch. Hes also very hyper active and rude to everyone. This kid has no manners.
The worst part is hes so mean to my one year old daugher. He is constantly trying to get her in trouble, yelling at her etc. It makes me so angry! I can't stand watching him! Is it normal to be this pissed off at a four year old?

it's not the kid's fault, he obviously has a parent who's too stupid to discipline him or toilet train him.
don't be mad at the kid, be mad at your roommate. and consider getting a new one.

      This

She sounds pretty irresponsible to me. It wouldn't surprise me if OP said she was irresponsible in other areas of her life too.

      Yup.

The child is spoiled and the parent should be disciplining him. Some kids potty train late, but that should be a bedwetting problem, not a couch-wetting one.
Don't leave your child around the boy without having them in sight. Does your roommate deny her child misbehaves? Does she refuse to discipline him, or is she just a little ignorant on child rearing? Time to have a serious talk with your roommate!

I have a 4 year old grandson. He is a brat with my wife and his mother. When he is with me or his dad he is not. we spank his butt "that is why God put padding on them: LOL. We do not beat his ass just enough to sting.
I've been in stores and felt like whipping parents asses and thier kid next.
