I went out with this guy named John. We went out in year 9 so i was about 13/14 and i really liked him. We ended up breaking up and i dated other people and so did he. Until he went out with one of my friend in the year below me. I was in year 10 at this point and she was in year 9. He was in year 10 too. And i ended up liking him again so when he broke up with this year 9 i asked him out and he said yes but broke up with me because he still loved her and i have tried going out with other people but i cant forget him. Is it normal or am i being stupid and what should i do about it?

    First, you sound underage. This site is for 18+.

    Second, teenage horomones and teenage problems are about as normal as rain and sunshine.

    Take a break from dating and just focus on school, and other things that catch your interest. Eventually you will get over John.
