Is it normal that i cant eat a lot anymore??

It happened about two years go at a friends birthday party.

I've always Been a bigger girl and i could eat quite a bit. One night I went to my friends house for a birthday party. We had pop, pizza, ice cream, chips and some veggies. After eating a piece or two of pizza I didn't start to feel to good. We started to play some games but I had to sit out because I was getting a little headache.

By the everyone had left I couldn't keep my eyes open long enough to say goodbye.

The next morning i was fine but when i went to eat breakfast i could barely eat one crepe(I think that what they are called.. They are like every thin pancakes.) Anyways. Since that day all i could eat was like half of just one sandwich and that was it. Or have just a few bites of my dinner and want to be sick or actually be sick(stomach.. never threw up) . This lasted for about 4-6 months and kinda went away.. But about every month for about a week or two it comes back when I can barley eat anything.

Is this normal??

    Check your food intake. Talk to a doctor and do a fast to purge your body of processed food buildup. Then make sure you eat around 1200 calories a day of balanced proportions. 30% carbs, 30% fat, 40% protein. Nuts are a good way to up the healthy fat intake as well as protein. Be conscious of what you eat.

    Im not over weight anymore..I lost like 30 pounds more. and i can barely eat half and it happens off and on

    if your a girl and you finished adolescence its normal. The headache is caused by the pizza, its very salty and fat. This gives you headaches. If you have trouble eating lots when your on your periods (girl) its normal. If your not losing any weight, if you still have as much energy, you'll be allright. If none of those are so and you have a healty lifestyle, go see the doctor quick. Most deseases related to digestion are bad news.

    try eating lighter foods like fresh fruit and vegetables and not only will you loose weight, you will feel better for it.

    Sometimes I binge on fridays and the next day I get like a hangover from all the sugar or food I ate. I obviously don't eat the same crap for a week or so.
